Terms and Conditions:
- I am not experienced/comfortable with: anthros, animals, mecha, gore, gratuitous violence, body horror, fetish art, horror genre type things, NSFW and thus I do not accept commissions containing them.
- Some exceptions will be made such as light injuries or cartoon animals. Email me if you are unsure about your idea.
- Payment up front by paypal (USD). No exceptions. I will not start work until payment is made. If we have arranged a payment plan, I will not start until the initial payment has been made.
- I will provide progress shots throughout the process via email or Twitter DMs depending on your preference. This is so you have a say in the creative process and can give feedback. Please reply as promptly as possible to ensure the quickest turn around for your commission.
- A high-rez file of your commission will be sent to your email in PNG format along with a low-rez watermarked version.
- All commissions will be posted to my art blog and website unless you specify otherwise. (i.e. It is a present or a personal picture that you don't want public. I do reserve the right however to use it for a private portfolio if I apply for artist positions.)
- Your commission is for non-commercial purposes only. You may not make a profit by selling your commission as an art print or other type of merchandise without prior agreement. There will be a higher fee associated with any art you are commissioning for commercial use. Twitch/Beam emotes/sub-badges are for stream use only. If you want to use them for paid merch (not freebie merch at cons/meet-ups), there is be a renegotiation on royalties/fees.
- You may repost any art made for you ONLY if it bears my watermark/signature. As such, I will provide a watermarked version if you choose to post it rather than reblog/retweet it from my social media. A link back here or @ my twitter is required as well.
- You may make icons/avatars and banners from commission art as long as you do not claim the art itself as your own and give me proper credit.
- Disclaimer: I reserve the right to refuse to work on/accept a commission or work with a commissioner that/who makes me uncomfortable. Also, I reserve the right to terminate work on a commission with any commissioner who becomes uncomfortable to work with during the process. In which case, I will refund the commission straight away, and all progress on the art will belong to me.
Prices and Refund Policy:
- All prices are estimates as prices vary by complexity of character. The more complex, the longer it takes me to draw them. I charge by estimated hours I will spend working on art on average. Extra characters will raise the price accordingly.
- Alternate image sizes to the ones listed are available but larger sizes will increase the price of the commission accordingly. Sizes listed are my standard sizes. Email me with the image size you need for a quote.
- Half of payment upfront for more complicated works, with the other half due upon approval of the initial sketch. (Applicable to Illustrations, Twitch/Youtube Banners, and large bundles.)
- I will not issue a refund once the piece is finished and sent to you. I will refund your initial payment at the sketch stage for commissions if you decide that you are unsatisfied with the way the initial sketches are turning out. In this case, you will not receive any full-size sketches I have already done. Cancellations once the commission has gone onto the inking/color stage will only receive a refund of half of the full payment to compensate for my time and effort. You will receive any progress made in PNG format.

- I require all commission agreements to be emailed to me not sent via DMs/Private messages.

- Deadline: (If you have one. Otherwise, I will give you a general time-frame to expect it as I must work on other commissions and attend to responsibilities. Rush orders will be subject to a fee based on complexity of commission. Email me for a quote if you need a commission within 2 weeks.)
